Using our online bidding platform we are capable of reaching more people than a traditional auction or estate sale. This will ultimately result in a larger buyer base for your sale which equals more money for your items. Online sales are also less intrusive than traditional sales. The only people who will show up on the property are those who won items in the sale. This keeps things less hectic and limits foot traffic which is always nice for everyone, even the neighbors!
OUR SERVICES
Estate & Downsizing Auctions
Being a full service online auction company we take care of all the hard work while getting the most money for your belongings. This includes things like organizing, cleaning, evaluating, marketing, etc. We charge just 35% (on average) of the final sale price, making us 40% more efficient than our largest competitor. The average sale takes around 5 days to prepare and 7 days at auction. Within just 15 days the space is typically emptied.
How the Process Works
Our 7-Step Auction Plan
1. The very first step is to give us a call or send us an email explaining the situation and exactly what your needs are
2. We are then able to setup an appointment to come out and evaluate the situation in person. This helps us develop an action plan catered to your specific needs
3. From there we schedule another day for our team to organize and photograph the property to be placed in the auction
4. Our team takes those photos, edits them, conducts any necessary research, and catalogs the property for auction
5. The auction opens for public bidding, typically taking place over about seven days
6. We will come out to the property the day after the auction closes to conduct and manage the auction pickup process
7. The client is then written a check for the proceeds from the auction!
